Box Office Purchase Policy

As an authorized Ticket agent, we sell Tickets on behalf of the promoter or producer that produces the event for which you buy a Ticket. We refer to the venue, promoter, or producer from whom we obtain Tickets to sell to you as our "Event Organizer". We do not set the Ticket prices or determine seating locations. Policies set forth by our Event Organizers, prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed Tickets. Tickets purchased through us are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Occasionally, events maybe cancelled or postponed by the Event Organizer for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the Event Organizer. If the event was postponed or rescheduled, the Event Organizer may set refund limitations. Contact us for exact instructions. Please note that the refund is the responsibility of the Event Organizer. Our responsibility is limited to facilitating the refund process only.

Ticket Terms and Conditions

1.     The Ticket remains the property of the Event Organizer and is a personal revocable license which may be withdrawn and admission refused at any time upon refunding the printed purchase price. The purchaser represents and warrants that the Ticket is purchased for personal use only, and that it is not purchased as part of any form of business or commercial activity (save as expressly authorized by the Event Organizer and its agents), and in particular, that the Ticket may not be resold or offered for resale by anyone whether at a premium or otherwise and may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes) or for any other trade purposes. Resale or attempted resale at a price higher than that printed herein is grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund or other compensation. The Event Organizer and its affiliates, successors, or assigns. Except as provided above, this agreement does not create any right enforceable by any person who is not a party to it under the Act, but does not affect any right or remedy that a third party has which exists or is available apart from that Act.

 

2.     The electronic copy of the transaction may have to be exchanged for a physical ticket on or before the date of the Event. The exchange of the electronic copy with the physical Ticket is the responsibility of the purchaser. We will have designated collection points to facilitate this exchange. For physical Ticket collection you must arrive in person with supporting proof of identity such as a Driving License or Credit Card - which must correspond with the name and contact details you provide at the time of booking. In case you send a designated person to collect the physical Ticket, please send the confirmation letter for the transaction, an authorization letter along with a copy of your id.

 

3.     It is the responsibility of the Purchaser of the Ticket not to lose electronic copy / email of the confirmation of the transaction, which may result in an unauthorized person exchanging the physical Ticket.

 

4.     It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavors to notify Ticket holders of the cancellation once we have received the relevant authorization from the Event Organizer. We do not guarantee that Ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.

 

5.     We regret that Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the performance is cancelled. If a performance is cancelled, Ticket holders will be offered seats at any rescheduled performance (subject to availability) up to the face value of the Tickets or, if the Ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled performance or the performance is not rescheduled a full refund. Full refunds for Tickets purchased prior to the date of the original event will be given up to the face value of the Tickets purchased plus the relevant per Ticket booking fee. In order to claim your refund, please apply in writing to your point of purchase. You must enclose your unused Tickets.

 

6.     The Event Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any Rules and Regulations. The Event Organizer may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

 

7.     We will not be responsible for any Tickets that are lost or stolen.

 

8.     The Ticket holder has a right only to a seat of a value corresponding to that stated on the Ticket and the Event Organizer reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the Ticket.

 

9.     We use a very secure payment gateway and does not save or have access to the credit card information shared by the Purchaser. The encrypted details are submitted directly by the Purchaser to the Payment gateway provider and we only receive the message for the approval / disapproval of the transaction. Accordingly we assume no responsibility for any misuse of the credit card information.

 

10.      To protect your security and privacy, your bank does not provide us with information about why your payment was declined. Because of this, you most likely will need to contact your bank directly to solve most payment issues.
